My name is Andrew "Drew",Thomas and I was blessed to be a close friend of Kristen in Hallendale. I smiled when I read the words "Kristen lit up when talking about her kids riding" because I saw her smiling and laughing. We laughed a lot together. I loved Kristen and wish we stayed in touch. I send my hopes that all affected know Healing and Peace. Kristen thank you for many laughs and wonderful times. With a tear in my eye and heart this Dec 8 2023. Your boxing Drew

Kristen was one of my dearest childhood friends. Some of my happiest memories are moments I shared with her. I will always remember playing Barbies together and lip-syncing to Rod Stewart. I will never forget you Kristen.

So, so sad to have just learned about Kristen and I wasn't aware Lauren was gone too :( I have fond memories singing Rod Stewart NONSTOP with Kristen when we were little, our mouse houses, the first time I played spin the bottle, our monkey fort, me never being able to hang with Kristen, Carmen and Yvonne when they would go to the stable bc I was horribly allergic, lassie league, pizza at Astro's, Lacarubba's bike shop, summers at Indian Wells, ice cream @ Rana's, candy at Farmer's, I slept over their house soooooo many nights and had so much fun. I think we just annoyed Lauren, Carla and Karen by spying on them and just being bratty kids. I reconnected with both of them a few years ago on social media. I moved back to Amagansett in 2017 and walk by their old house at least once a week and it just brings back happy memories. Grateful I got to be around them in my life. TONS of love and prayers Carla, Karen, all of their kids, nieces/nephews and animals left behind. Jeeze, life really is just a blink. They were beautiful souls.

Kristen was a beautiful soul, gone too soon but never forgotten. She always said as a good night "sleep with the angels" she is now at rest with the angels.
