I feel blessed that I even had the privilege of meeting George, sadly I only met him a little over a year ago at the 75th anniversary of Iwo Jima. He was one of two men who were with my uncle when he was killed on Iwo. George and the other men that fought in that war are national treasures, I hate to think where we would be without them. Thank you for all you gave!!!

My name is Dave Clark. Most folks know me as Dr. Dave because of my business name, Dr. Dave's Outboard Repair. I worked at Honest John's FishC Camp for 30 years. While there I got to see George often and, also being a Viet Nam veteran, we shared a lot of memories. My wife Judy got to spend time with George, too. He was ALWAYS a sweet, wonderful man who always made me feel special. I will remember and miss him from now till I join him in heaven. Hit the beach, George... I will be with you..my good friend.
