He is survived by his spouse Stephanie Maidhof; son Dexter Maidhof; daughter Skyler Maidhof; mother Charlotte Maidhof; brother Aaron Maidhof; brother in law Jack Wilkinson; brother and sister in law Matt and Katie Gilbert; brother in law Johnathon Brons; father in law Ty Wilkinson; mother in law Dorinda Wilkinson; mother in law Nancy Wilkinson. He is preceded in death by his father Gary Maidhof.
