Judy, Ralph and Susie,
We have good memories of being at Uncle Ralph’s home in Melbourne with our brood. It was always fun and the music was great.
Blessings,
Jim

Judy, Ralph Jr, and Susie,
I’m sorry it has taken me so long to write here.
I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Ralph’s passing. He was a terrific person, a fine human being, a very bright Engineer and Inventor. He was a wonderful Uncle and mentor to me, and I will always cherish the time that I spent with him. The last few visits to Florida and the time spent with Ralph and Ralph Jr. were absolutely priceless! I know that he and my Dad are together again, playing music, joking, visiting until all hours of the night and having a great time together just like they did when they were here on earth. You are all in my heart and prayers always!

Judy, Ralph had such a unique combination of personality traits–creative intellect, kindness, empathy, and a humbleness. I always enjoyed my visits with him and am so glad each of you were able to bring joy to the other’s life. My regret is that our paths had not crossed sooner. May the good Lord give you strength , Judy, as you adjust .

Dear Judy:
What a lovely tribute and poem — reminds me of something John Toleson said in Sunday School a few years ago: “If you are sad when I’m gone, then you didn’t really know me.” Ralph was so full of life and energy — such a special person — we are all better for having known him. Much love goes out to you, my dear friend.
