Billy will be missed!!! The type of guy that would instantly give you the shirt off of his back if you needed it. I never told anyone this, but one night shortly after I got married to his cousin; Chris, we were out all together around town and he went on and on to Chris about how lucky he was to have me so yeah, he was one of my favorite cousins lol, not just because of that, but because he was a very nice guy. one of the good guys. He had the sweetest soul. Anyone who knew him knows exactly what I am talking about. We were truly blessed to have him on Earth as long as we did. Shirley, he will protect you and look after you forever. Trust me. you were his #1 and you always will be. love you.
