Mrs. Prouty,
Although we are but strangers, I am glad our paths crossed today. My heart is full, knowing I was able to be there for you when you needed someone. It was my pleasure to be the one who answered the phone, “Thank you for calling Securian Claims”. Sometimes we find our comfort in places we least expect it. Your story seemed to strike me and I felt in my heart that I needed to be the “strange place” for you today. Sometimes forgiving without and apology is the biggest gift a person can give themselves, but only you can make that determination for yourself. Please remember to take care of yourself and take pride in all of your wonderful memories with Randy. You have my sincerest sympathy.
