Chief Warrant Officer B. Dyar
You were a great friend, both in your early years as a 2nd LT at your first assignment, and in later years as a commander in Europe. It was a pleasure to have served with you all those years. Rest in peace Ted.

Brother Ted: Our days at Central were very precious. I can remember the day we joined “The Pershing Rifles”. You went on and became a career officer and served our country well. Like so many of our classmates from 65′,we have made CSU very proud. Forgot that you graduated from Lower Merion High School which was our (Abington High School) arch rival back in the day. Rest in peace and will see you on the other side.

Ted will always be remembered by me as a proud young man wearing his ROTC uniform on campus. Our majors at Central State were different, our paths didn’t cross very often but somehow I still remember him as a leader on campus.
My condolences to his wife, children, and other family members . Thank you for your service to our country.
Sincerely,
Benette Waugh DeCoyx

You will be greatly missed uncle Ted (with tears in my eyes). But as with all of us only God knows the plan and end of our earthy lives. There is comfort in knowing my uncle is with the Father and was greeted by the family that has gone on before him. I know I’ll see him again one day. To the family he has left behind I love you all and pray the holy spirit comforts you during this time of grief. Nikole Stewart & family
