I worked for Chief Mason at Rhein Main as my first duty station. Loved his focus on progressing AF Fire Protection. I’m sad that I got this late and could not attend.
Aloha No Chief – May God continue to bless you as you reminisce your life with your eternal family.

Chief Mason was a mentor, friend one of the best Fire Chief’s I had the privilege to work for. He always left a place better than he found it and cared about the firefighters and the mission. He will be sorely missed. Godspeed.

I went to School with Bryce . First in Jordon Jr High and later at Minneapolis Vocational High .He was one of my best friends . We did everything together .My memories of high school will always include Bryce . From his 50 Buick with the Roy Rogers blanket in the front seat and the huge exhaust cannon that our friend Jim Ingberg made in welding shop . Man when he fired that off the windows on the banks downtown would just shake . Then the good looking 55 Buick 2 door hardtop . Bryce would drive Jim and I to school and back until we could get our own wheels .Bryce and I was on the school hockey team together . He was a much better player then I . He was the reason I joined team in the first place . He was so shy that when was would double-date I would have to get him the date . I was his Best Man at his wedding to Linda . I will miss him so .

Bryce is an amazing example of a dedicated USAF lifer, loving father, and family friend. He dove into life with a determination to succeed and did so with a fierce, strategic approach. He will be sorely missed. We thank him for his service and know Bryce will greet us on the other side of life in God’s own Glorious Light and unconditional love.
