I met Jerry from his daughter, Tammy who I met in Elementary school. We were a year apart and became good friends. Once when we were 11 & 12 yrs old, we asked Jerry if we could camp out in the woods (now Eau Gallie /Croton Inter.) across from Croton Ele. by ourselves. We were gonna sleep in an old wrecked VW van abandoned in the woods. We couldn't believe he said yes. Of course after a few hours it started getting dark and the woods started looking different. Scary in fact. Jerry knew we would be home as soon as it started getting dark and scary looking. He was a good dad, good person & friend. Such a blessing to have known him. My condolences to my friend Tammy and her family. ❤

Although I only knew Jerry a short time and through my brothers JW and Randy Dean he was an ace!!! When I returned from Desert Storm he was so thankful for my service!!! He came to the BBQ my brother JW had for me and I was very impressed with his funny and quaint personality!! I’m so sorry for your loss!!!

He gave me my first job at Harris in 1979 only because I had just built my first chopper . He was crafty when dealing with those who thought their education gave them an advantage, thoughtful with the ladies, tolerant with his employees, brother to his friends and a dick if you got on his bad side. He was a good, Businessman, American, Father and Biker.

Jerry always had a huge smile and was quick to laugh and warm and welcoming to us every time we saw him. Not only will he be missed by us but by all those whose lives were made better by him. I pray that God wraps His loving arms around you and carries you through this indescribably difficult time. You all are the family we are so fortunate to choose and we are blessed to be a part of your lives. We love you all more than we can possibly express.
