Obituary of William J. McCune

William J. McCune passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 17, 2019, at his home in Melbourne, Florida.  He was born May 18, 1946 in Bradford, Pennsylvania. Bill proudly served in the United States Air Force for over 22 years and went on to a second career in government contract work.  In retirement, he enjoyed golfing, bowling, bocce, attending sporting events, and having a great cup of coffee. He is survived by his wife, Gail, his daughters, Kathy (Paul) Bailey and Brenda (Joel Gonzalez) McCune, stepson Chris (Kelly) Graber, brother Butch (Berniece) McCune, six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Bill never liked being the center of attention and per his wishes there will be no services.  If you wish to celebrate Bill’s life, please do so by donating to the charity of your choice or to the American Heart Association.
