I haven’t seen Jeff since the late 60s. My Dad pastored the Marion, IL Church of the Nazarene. We attended the same zone activities, campmeeting, etc. I remember him as being talented. May God carry his family during this difficult time.

Sheila and family, we are sorry for your loss. We enjoyed and now cherish the time we worshipped together oh so long ago now. When we visited recently and after many years Jeff made a point to seek us out and greet us. What a great guy! We appreciate you all and are praying for you. Ted and Kathy Bowser

My deepest and heartfelt condolences to Sheila and family. Jeff was such a wonderful person in every way and it was such an honor to have known him. At work everyone enjoyed seeing what witty thing Jeff would write on cards that were passed around for someone’s birthday or for some other event. I wish there was a way to collect all the witty things he has written over the years and put them in a book – it would surely be a best seller! RIP my dear friend. You will definitely be missed.

Sheila, Robb, Erin, Barb, and Jennifer; I’ve known Jeff since we were young kids in Sunday School. What a talented and intelligent person he was! He was as kind as anyone I knew and showed the love of Christ in word, thought and deed. I pray that the tears you shed now will be replaced by smiles and laughter as you recall Jeff’s many achievements and his character, and by the knowledge that he is at rest in the arms of the Lord.

I met Jeff in 7th grade and from then on throughout our high school years we shared many interests, activities, and good times. College and life eventually took us on different paths but I would never forget him. Jeff was one of the truly good guys and his passing is a tremendous loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother Barbara, sister Jennifer, and wife Sheila. Rest in peace, my friend.

When Jeff interviewed at DBA, I was one of the people who interviewed him. In the short interview time together, we became fast friends, and staunch supporters of each other. He had the best sense of humor and made often laugh. He deeply loved his family, friends and his faith. He shall be missed terribly! Rest in peace, dear friend. You have done very well good and faithful servant!
