It was such an amazing blessing to get to know Cholly for the time I did as the best neighbor ever, him and Bonnie!! We prayed for years for someone wonderful to buy that house and our prayers were answered. You couldn’t have a bad day if you ran across Cholly in the neighborhood…it just made the whole block shine bright. Bonnie–you both raised such an amazing & loving family and I am glad they are all around you now to love you & support you and share memories. Cholly will be watching over each & every one of you and I will forever be here for you, just steps or a text away!! Love you much & may God wrap you all in His loving arms. Heaven is a little brighter now with Cholly’s smile to shine on everyone!! Our lives are certainly better for the short time we were blessed with him.

It was an honor helping take care of Charles. I will miss his smiling face that would brighten my day!! His smile and laughter were contagious to all he encountered. Bonnie – it was a pleasure getting to know you. You are an amazing woman!! I will miss your smiling face as well!! Thank you for allowing me to be part of his journey. It truly won’t be the same without him – but I am content to know that he is up there singing and dancing and at peace ❤️

Was proud to have worked with Charles for several years until his retirement with the Florida Lottery. He was surely one of a kind and the office was never the same without his leadership and sense of humor. Condolences from our family and the rest of the staff in the Melbourne/Orlando office.
