Obituary of Emma Jean Helbig

Our beloved mother and grandmother, Emma Jean Helbig of Palm Bay Florida, died on April 19, 2024, of natural causes. She was 81.

Emma was the heart of our home and family. She raised three children, Frank Jr (61), Larry Thomas (59), and Christopher Lee (55), in a happy and loving home to be independent and thoughtful adults. Emma was married for 61 years to her soulmate, Frank Sr., who preceded her in death. As a grandmother to Brandon (37), Marissa (33) and Dakota (26) she was the "fun granny," and generally spoiling them rotten.

Emma was known for her hearty laugh and kind heart. She was the heart and soul of our family, and she will be dearly missed. At Emma’s request, there will be no services, but before she passed, she made it known she wanted us all to share a laugh and raise a glass in celebration of her journey home.
