Obituary of Charlotte Foy McLaughlin

Charlotte "Chottsy" Foy McLaughlin, 97, of Cocoa Beach, FL, passed away on March 26, 2024. She was born on April 2, 1926, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late George and Rosemarie Foy.

Charlotte, known as "Chottsy," was a Registered Nurse who dedicated her career to caring for others at Philadelphia General Hospital and Charity Hospital in New Orleans. She was a talented watercolor artist and guitarist, finding joy in creativity and music. Charlotte was also an avid swimmer and traveler, always seeking new experiences.

She was a wonderful mother to six children, a loving grandmother to 17, and a cherished great-grandmother to 20. Charlotte is survived by her daughters, Patricia, Cathy, Charlotte, Alicia, and her son, Michael. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bernard, and her son, Bernie.

A ceremony to honor and celebrate Charlotte's life will be held at Our Saviour's Catholic Church in Cocoa Beach, FL, on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 1:00pm. Contributions in her memory can be made to Our Saviour's Catholic School in Cocoa Beach, FL.

The Ammen Funeral Home in Melbourne, FL, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
