Obituary of Bonni C. Edwards

Bonni C. Edwards, 62, of Palm Bay. passed peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 30, 2024.

Bonni was the daughter of the late Leif and Beatrice Petterson and was born in Bridgeport, CT on October 12, 1961. She was a member of New City Church.

She was predeceased by her sisters, Jo-Ann Petterson of TX and Sandra Bricker of IA. Left to honor her memory and cherish her legacy are her husband, Gene Edwards, her daughter; Jennifer Overbaugh and her husband, Jeff and her granddaughters, Ella and Avery of Watertown, CT as well as stepdaughter; Lisa Jayne and husband, Bruce of Chugiak, AK and granddaughter, Brandy Jayne, stepson; Randy Edwards of Winston Salem, NC and grandson, Matthew. She also leaves he siblings; Leif Petterson and his wife, Margie of Babcock Ranch, FL, Cheri Campbell of Highlands Ranch, CO, and Kris Petterson and wife Marci of Hamden, CT. Bonnie will also be missed be her many nieces, nephews, extended family and many close friends that have become family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at Covenant Presbyterian Church 760 Emerson Drive, Palm Bay, Florida.
