Obituary of Javier "Javi" Cruz

Javier “Javi” Cruz passed away peacefully in his home on March 10, 2024 at the age of 73. His favorite past time was bowling and his watching the NY Yankees “play ball”.

Born in Puerto Rico on January 23, 1951, he moved to Florida in 2013 where he lived with his wife Aracelis Rodriguez until his passing.

He is remembered by daughter Maris Cruz-Jasper and son-in-law Ron Jasper, daughter Vivian Cruz, Son Xavier Cruz, daughter Iris Fuentes and son-in-law Jose Castro, granddaughters Breanna L. Perez and Maleeah D. Cruz, grandsons Owen Fuentes and Azael Fuentes. Bonus son, Christian Pabon, Bonus daughter Christina M. Pabon and her children Naylani Torres and Noel A. Torres.

He was preceded by his son Daniel Cruz.

Javier fought the good fight, he kept the faith, and he finished the course.
