Loved reading what you have written about your mother and grandmother! I knew she was ambitious and loved staying busy, but had no idea she accomplished so much in her lifetime. I remember first meeting Sandra when she and her family were moving into their home in Nisland. I remember her warm smile and beautiful long, blonde hair! She had just graduated from high school and was planning a trip to Arizona and asked if I would be interested in watching her turtle while she was away. I jumped at the opportunity and was surprised when Sandra returned from AZ and decided to gift the turtle to me. The turtle was given the name Sandy and was a special pet of mine. Little did I know that Sandra would become my future sister-in-law and that I would be able to spend some much treasured time with her and my brother and their children! We are keeping all of you in our prayers and know that you look forward to seeing her again. Our love, Uncle Mel and Aunt Charlean

My sympathy to Sandra's children and grandchildren in the loss of their mom and grandmother. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Sandra I know her children are amazing people. In reading this beautiful obit, it's clear that she lived a rewarding life and was loved dearly. God bless her family and give them peace in the hard days ahead.
