Donna M. “Dixie” Diavatis

 

Melbourne, Florida

 

Donna M. “Dixie” Divatis, 70, passed away at her home on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 after a long battle with cancer.

 

She was born on October 6, 1953 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Charles and Virginia (Gladden) Sturgis.

 

Dixie was a former member of the Moose Lodge, VFW and American Legion.

 

She owned a restaurant for many years with her husband, Nick Diavatis, who survives her.

 

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 US 1, Rockledge, Florida.

 

Donations in Dixie’s memory can be made to the American Cancer Society or Philoptochos.
