Robert E. Trawick – “Wise in counsel”, “Guardian”,
“Tree Farmer”, “Lover of Classic Cars”
Robert Edwin Trawick, 68, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away on November 17, 2023, at home with his family by his side. He was born on May 8, 1955, in Chelsea, Massachusetts to James Claude Trawick, Jr. and Barbara Helen (Johnson) Trawick, Jr.
Robert graduated from Melbourne High School in 1973, and from Rollins College with two bachelor’s degrees – Business Administration and Economics. Bob retired from Harris Corporation (20 years) in 2010 and has battled with Parkinson’s Disease since then.
Robert is survived by his wife Theresa Lagasse’ Trawick, his sister Kathy Wilhelm (Larry), his brother James Claude Trawick, III (Joanne), four step-children: John Looney, Annette Bell, Beth Looney, and Sarah Foley; eight grandchildren, one great-grandson, four nephews, one niece, one grand-nephew, four grand-nieces, and many friends.
Bob loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, his wife, and his classic cars in that order. He was a gentle, godly soul lent to us for too short of a time.
There will be a Celebration of Bob’s Life on Sunday, November 26th, at 2 p.m. at his and Theresa’s home in Melbourne.

We are glad our lives have touched yours…
To know your gentleness;
To know your faithfulness;
To know your honor and amazing work ethic.
We are glad we got to know you…
To know your sincerity;
To know your generosity;
To know your devotion to God, your wife, your family and friends.
We are glad God chose to share you with us,
Because we now have known a truly good man.
We are glad God chose for our lives to intersect,
Because you, Bob, have been a model for us all, and will be sorely missed!
