Obituary of Margaret W. "Peggy" Hughson

Margaret (Peggy) Hughson, 95, of Melbourne, Florida passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023, after a short illness. 

Peggy and her husband Gorden resided in the Virginia Beach, VA area for 40 years before retiring and moving to Melbourne, Florida in 1994.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Gorden Hughson.

She is survived by her son, Chuck Hughson, and wife Angela of Virginia Beach; son, Bob Hughson of Melbourne; two great-grandchildren, Rod and Jordan of Virginia Beach and her great-great-grandchildren; her brother John Wood of Virginia, VA, and family.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Wood of Portsmouth, VA; sister May Philpott of South Dakota; and her much-loved grandson, Jason M. Hughson of Virginia Beach, VA. 

She is loved and will be missed by all.
