Obituary of Avis Joyce Moore

Avis Joyce Moore was born on December 12th, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois.

On June 15th, 1954 she married Bradley E. Moore after they had met at Taylor University, Upland, Indiana.

Joy, as she wanted to be called later in life, had three children: Sons Timothy (Laura) Moore, Bruce (Debryn) Moore, and Daughter Shelley (Terry) Lane. She was proud of her 8 grandchildren: Kaia, Audrey, Megan, Travis, Colin, Jeffrey, Ellen, and Bradley.

Joy was an active member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Palm Bay, FL, and participated in many groups over the years. She was a member of the Missile Stamp Club while being an avid stamp collector.

A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Lockmar Baptist Church 700 Emerson Dr. NE, Palm Bay, Florida.
