Obituary of Willis R. Cornett

Willis R. Cornett, 88, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away on March 20, 2023, in Palm Bay, Florida. He was born on February 4, 1935, in Big Branch, Kentucky to Luther and Martha (Caudill) Cornett.

Willis is survived by his wife Patsy, his children Gregory (Susan) Cornett, Myra (Ricky) Tressler, and Tracy (Ray) Wetzel, 7 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. 

Willis proudly served in the United States Marines and the United States Army. 

Willis enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family. 

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wounded Warrior Program. 

The family will receive friends at Ammen Family Cremation & Funeral Care located at 950 Malabar Road SE Palm Bay FL 32907 on March 29, 2023, from 10:00 AM til 11:30 AM, with service as follows. The interment will be at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery at 2:30 PM.
