Obituary of Robert Arol Fesmire
Robert Arol Fesmire, age 81, passed from this life peacefully on Feb 6, 2023 at his home in Melbourne, FL after a long battle with numerous serious health issues. He was attended by his loving wife Judith and his life long brother Thomas Allen at the hour of his death.
He was born in June 1941 in Abington, PA as the first born child of E. Arol Fesmire and Dagny June (Henriksen) Fesmire. He graduated from Abington High School in 1959 where he served as the vice president of the student council. He then attended Wheaton College in Illinois where in graduated in 1963 with a bachelors degree in philosophy. He then served four years as a captain in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 - 1970 at Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, SC. He then attended the University of San Francisco Law School from 1970 - 1973 graduating with a juris doctorate degree. He then practiced law in California for the next 30 years while always representing his clients with the utmost acumen, compassion, and integrity. He then moved to West Palm Beach, FL to be a help to his elderly parents in their final years. He then met and married his existential wife and soulmate Judith Ann Fesmire in 2016 spending the final years of his life with her in total happiness and harmony.
He is survived by his wife Judith Fesmire of Melbourne, FL and brother Thomas Fesmire of Fort Pierce, FL and sister Joan Fesmire of Marlton, NJ and his sister Carol Swayne and her husband Dr. Larence Swayne of New Hope, PA.
To all those who he met and knew him, Robert Arol Fesmire was the kindest and finest man they have ever known.
There will be a viewing on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 10:45 A.M. with a service at 11:00 A.M. at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care at 1001 S. Hickory Street, Melbourne, FL 32901. There will be a private funeral service and interment on February 15, 2023 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery located at 5525 U.S. Hwy 1, North Mims, FL 32754. Funeral service arrangements will be handled by Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care.
