I met Frazee at the jail. He had a calming nature and very happy demeanor. You can tell he loved his family and he treated everyone with respect. He will truly be missed. My condolences to his family.

I worked with him years ago and then came back to jail. He was one of first people I saw and gave me a hug and said welcome back Ramsey. He always had a smile and joked with everyone. There is not a person that can say a bad thing about him. The inmates lived him as well. I’ve cried every day since he left. I loved him like a son! The mood at the jail shows what a huge loss we’ve suffered. I pray for strength for his family. He was so LOVED and the most AMAZING person!
