Obituary of Andrew Kyle Allaire
Today we celebrate the memory of Andrew Kyle Allaire, born September 16th, 1992, the light for which shined through him shines down now upon us, October 25th 2022. The joy and knowledge he spread, the love he wanted to share was so uniquely significant and in its own way different between us all. We are all eternally united by the pieces of that big heart he shared with us so freely and selflessly. And we are reminiscent of Andrew’s boundless spirit, so contagious to any in his orbit. He was so fearless, a conqueror of any challenge, an awesome man of mettle. Whether it be an adventure across the country, the sketchiest backyard halfpipe, the biggest wave or fishing pole and chair, Andrew was there with a smile on his face ready to go. He met every challenge with such ferocity, so much energy one could easily think he was capable of anything... and I think there was never a doubt he was. He loved skateboarding, he spun poi, he only ever wanted to entertain us and make us laugh; spend a day on the river or at the beach with his big family or even bigger friend group. He wanted to teach the world a way of life many will never have a chance to learn.
He casts a lore to us now, from a pole and a chair next to his grandfather’s Edward Allaire and Robert Koon and stepfather Ray Edens, down from heaven and reminds us, those forever loved: his grandmothers Nancy Allaire and Margaret Dean-Koon, mother, Brenda Gnap-Edens, father and stepmother Kevan and Loquita Allaire, aunts Nanette Allaire, Tina Gnap, Monica Gnap-Shingola, brothers and sisters Kevan Allaire Jr., Matthew Allaire, James Reid, Zack Reid, Cheri Edens, Nikki Polsgrove, cousins Aaron Gnap, Dean and Josh Shingola and so many more that Andrew Kyle Allaire was not a candle burned too soon however burned bright from both ends. And will burn bright forever in our memories.
