Obituary of Roberta Lynn Armstrong

On Saturday, October 15th, Roberta Lynn Armstrong, beloved wife and mother, passed away after a courageous battle with colon cancer. She was 61. 

Roberta was born to Robert and Lynette Beasley. She graduated from Ozark Bible College with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Worship and Music Ministry. While attending college, Roberta met her husband, Scott. Happily married for 41 years, they lived a beautiful life together with their two children. Roberta was a wonderful and dedicated mother. She will always be in their hearts and minds for the rest of their lives remembered as their Yellow Rose. 

Roberta was known for her beautiful singing voice and during her life touched many people's lives. She was an active member in the Worship Team at River Run. Roberta worked at SunTrust Bank for over 25 years, and was appreciated by many customers and we’ll liked by co-workers.

Roberta is survived by her husband, Scott Armstrong; her children, son David Armstrong, daughter Sarah Powers and son-in-law Kasey Powers; her parents Robert and Lynette Beasley, her brother Greg Beasley, and two nieces Molly and Emily Beasley. 

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 12th, 2022 at River Run Christian Church, 1660 Croton Rd, Melbourne FL 32935. In lieu of flowers, family and friends may make memorial contributions to Colon Cancer Coalition - https://coloncancercoalition.org/donate/.
