Randy was a great guy. I worked with him for many years at JoBear, he was a very hard worker and a damn good equipment operator. He actually taught me a lot of what I know about running equipment to this day. And he would love to joke and give all the green horns a hard time. Another fond memory is he had a new guy start on his crew and of course this new guy had no money and everybody was eating lunch and this man had no lunch at all and you know what Randy drove to the store and took this guy and bought this man lunch and whatever else he wanted and a pack of cigarettes I'll never forget this. Not too many people would ever do this especially with this day and age and generation. And so many more memories of hanging out in the back of a pickup truck after work drinking a cold one and of course smoking a fatty. And all the good times out in the marsh on the airboats. Well bro until we meet again rest in heaven brother and keep the beer on ice and the doobies rolled! And continue to watch over your family and them grandbabies, and I'll see you again.

I worked with Randy many many years at JoBear Warden, he was such a great guy and taught me a lot he actually taught me a lot about running heavy equipment that made me as good as I am today. He sure was a jokester too and let me tell you just one of many fond memories he had this new guy start on his crew,
this guy was going through a rough time and had no lunch and I watched Randy go to the store and buy this man lunch, not many people would do this especially today in this world and generation. But I will never forget all the fun times in the airboat and after work hanging around the back of a bed of a pickup truck drinking beer and of course a fat hog leg. Rest in Heaven Randy, and until we meet again brother keep the beer on ice an the doobies rolled! Love you man!
