Obituary of Dan Frederick Stone

On July 1, 2022 Dan Stone, 81, passed away comfortably in Health First Hospice Care, William Childs Hospice House, Melbourne, FL.

Dan grew up in Glen Ellyn, IL attending Glenbard High School and also Worcester Academy, in Worcester, MA.  He graduated from Simpson College, Iowa in 1963.  He ran his own manufacturing company for many years in New Bedford, MA.  Over the years he enjoyed golf, tennis and, while in Melbourne, his frequent walks across the Causeway and intracoastal areas.

He is predeceased by his brother William (Bill) Kunkel Stone, his sister, Elizabeth Ann Ober, and by his parents, Wilfred Schafer Stone and Mary Elizabeth Kunkel Stone. He is survived by his daughters, Alexandra Siwik and Jessica Dupee, and his sister Sally Louise Stone Griffin of St Charles, IL.
