Obituary of John Lester Clouser
John L. Clouser is survived by his four children, Nicole Clouser, Bill Clouser, Nadia (Sartip) Kotys, and Natalie Clouser; three grandchildren Trey Ernst, Cameron Clouser, and Mikayla Clouser; and numerous nieces and nephews. Growing up in Euclid, Ohio, he loved Euclid Beach Park and spending time with his family and longtime friends. He was the long-time owner and operator of A-1 Coverings, Inc. in Melbourne, Florida. He was a talented craftsman that could fix anything. Few and far men in between could do as high-quality work as he did. John was an authentic, simple man and loved by all who knew him. He was an avid motorcyclist who belonged to the GL 1800 Riders Forum. During his journeys with The Prowlers across the country, he made friends with everyone he met. His Goldwing took him hundreds of thousands of miles from Florida to Alaska to Maine. He had a love of nature, camping, fishing, the beach, mountains, and waterfalls. John loved his onion rings, cheeseburgers, chocolate, and Spanish peanuts and was an ice cream connoisseur. He was a longtime patriot and respected those who served our country. John was adventurous, a great conversationalist, and lived his life to the fullest. While his life doesn’t feel long enough, the time he spent here with us was filled with so much life. For those who called him Dad, Unc, Uncle John, Pepa, or Ironman, he made sure we were all looked after and enriched our lives with so much laughter and love. He will forever be missed and always in our hearts.
