Obituary of Toby James Earnest

Sunrise August 24, 1999~ Sunset May 19, 2022

Tobias aka Tony was born on August 24, 1999 in Titusville, Florida. He lived a happy childhood and was loved and cherished by Papa and Mama. 

Our beloved Toby James Earnest passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 19, 2022. The family is completely shocked and saddened by this loss. If you knew Toby, you would know how he touched the lives of everyone in his path. Toby was a great kid who was loved by all and his family was everything to him. Friendly and kind, Toby's smile was infectious. His personality was friendly and kind with an infectious smile. Toby grew up alongside many family members. His cousin who is more like a brother to him, Ali Smoak Earnest; his brothers Bobby Earnest, Elijah Smoak, and Anthony Smoak; and his sisters Aaliyah Smoak, Gianni Earnest, and Nikhia Smoak. He is preceded in death by his father James Earnest. He leaves behind mother/grandmother Pen Smoak Earnest's parents; biological parents Bobby Smoak and Shannon Schanck; his aunt Rachanee (Lisa) Smoak and uncle Ali Smoak; grandparents on his mother's side of the family Janice Cooper; aunt Ashley Barrett; cousin Kalandra; and cousins Joann Meyer and David Meyer. Although his life was short, he left an everlasting impression on everyone he met and he will never be forgotten.

"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away." The Good News: In heaven, we will feel no pain, no sorrow, and there will be no death.
