Obituary of Angel E. Hernandez

Angel Emilio Hernandez, 85, passed away April 27, 2022, at the William Childs Hospice House with his family by his side.  Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Emilio and Providencia (Blanco) Hernadez, beloved husband of Edivia (Stella) Hernandez and would have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on May 4, 2022; cherished father of Maria Elisa Perl, Oscar Hernandez, Linda Hernandez, Minerva Suarez and Joseph Velazquez; beloved grandfather of ten and great-grandfather of six.  

Mr. Hernandez served in the United States Army and was employed as a Superintendent with the New York Transit Authority.  He was beloved by his family and will be deeply missed by them and all those who knew him. 

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 3:00pm-7:00pm at the Ammen Family Cremation & Funeral Care, 950 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be officiated by Rev. Fr. Philius Vilaire, Wednesday, May 4, 2022, 11:00am, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 300 Malabar Road, Palm Bay followed by burial, with military honors, at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street, Palm Bay.
