Obituary of Catherine DeForce

Catherine Deforce, 79, of Palm Bay, Florida passed on December 20, 2021. She is predeceased by her husband Craig DeForce, her brother Jim, and her sister Dorie. Catherine was born on March 16, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York to James Francis O'Hara and Dorothea Frances Lawler O'Hara.

Catherine graduated from Bay Ridge High School in Brooklyn, NY. During her journey in life, she worked as a dispatcher for AAA in California. Catherine and her family eventually settled in Florida and she became a long time employee for Publix, which she absolutely loved. She really enjoyed spending her time with her family and she loved to cook. 

Catherine will be remembered for her smile, personality, lovely voice, and the kindness she showed to everyone around her. She was a very loving sister and cherished her sons and grandchildren. 

Catherine is survived by her sons Douglas and Gary, her daughter-in-law, and five beautiful grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings; Carol, Patricia, Peter, Robert, Terrence, Michael, Brian, and John.

Catherine is eternally grateful to Doug for his love, support, and care over the last couple of years until her passing.
