Obituary of Abraham Jackson

Celebrating the life of Abraham Jackson born in St. Matthews, South Carolina to Lulamae Wannamaker on September 3, 1940, and brought home to the Lord on January 21, 2022.

Abraham was a hard-working man as the manager of several local grocery stores. He loved sitting next to the water with his wife of 49 years Larita Jackson, he enjoyed watching football and absolutely loved dancing to the Temptations.

He was preceded in death by his mother Lulamae Wannamaker and his wife Larita Jackson.

He is survived by his large family: His four children, Dorian Payne spouse Ronnie Payne, Larita Jackson, Sean Jackson spouse Maureen Jackson, and Joy Jackson. His sister, Johnnie Mae Mosley spouse George Mosley, 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, his nephew, nieces, and many first cousins.

The family is very grateful for the assistance of his caregivers, Ashley Stake, RN, Brittany Pollard, CNA, and Thalia Simmons, CNA.

We miss you now, our hearts are sore, as time goes by we miss you more, your loving smile, your gentle face, no one can take your vacant place.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Love Center Church Melbourne 2787 Aurora Road Melbourne Florida. Viewing from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and service from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
