Obituary of Mary Janis Sleeth
Mary Sleeth, 75, of Melbourne, FL, went home to the Lord on Sunday January 2, 2022. Born on July 24, 1946 in Huntington, WV, she was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel Francis (Pauley) and Virgil Lewis Sleeth.
Growing up in Huntington, Mary enjoyed Marshall University's football and basketball games, listening to the Cincinnati Reds baseball games with her fahter and going to nursing school to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. In 1983, she relocated to Melbourne and enjoyed time outdoors working with her plants and flowers for hours. She enjoyed spending time with her family and doing various activities with her dear friend of more than 35 years, Susan Anderson. She was an avid reader and enjoyed learning all she could about the British Monarchy. She also enjoyed music and especially loved Pink Floyd.
Mary is survived by her husband of 31 years, Juan Mulero, daughters Carrie (Jon) McFaul of Greenville, TX, Rachel Taylor of Melbourne, FL, and Sarah (Robert) Tillery of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by granddaughters Amber (JP) Schneider, Alyssa (Jason) Cox, and Katelynn Tillery, grandsons Thomas Taylor Pederson, Jonathan Stephens, and Carlos Tufel. She is also survived by her great-granddaughter Gracey Schneider and great-grandson Grant Schneider.
Mary asked for no services, but the family will hold a private celebration of life.
