We miss our Dad. Our Father was a man like no other. He gave me all the things I needed in life. He nurtured us, taught us, fought for us, shouted at us, but most importantly loved us unconditionally. Dads are strong for a reason. His strength gave us sense of protection. Now that you are in heaven Dad we know you will continue to protect and watch over us. There are not enough words we can say how important you were to us. We miss you every day. We love you Dad. Jennifer, Lyle, Aneira and Melissa, there are no words to lessen the loss of Dave. He was a wonderful loving father, father-in-law, grandfather and friend to all of us that knew him. He always had a sparkle in his eyes, and a smile on his face. He loved his family and it was plain to see. Hold onto all the wonderful memories you have of him and may they bring you comfort at this time of loss and remember he is watching over you all on the big cruise ship in heaven. Love Roy and Sandy

Dad was smiling and joking until the very end. The heart-felt laughter and playful jabs at us let us know he was still fighting. When he could no longer communicate with his voice, he used those beautiful blue eyes. He was my mischievous, trouble-making dad - a favorite patient, a hopeful soul. Love you more than words daddy.
