Obituary of Mary M. Keyes
Mary M. Keyes, 90, died Saturday, December 4, 2021, in Titusville, FL at St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care.
Mrs. Keyes, daughter of the late Kasimir Fluri and Esther Paddock-Fluri, was born July 31, 1931, in Jersey City, NJ. She is predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Robert Keyes. She resided in the Stockholm section of Hardyston Township NJ for 25 years. In 1979 Mary and Robert moved to Davie, Florida but Mary has been a resident of Palm Bay, FL for the past 31 years.
Mrs. Keyes was an active member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Palm Bay, FL, and served as a Eucharistic Minister as well as Minister to the sick.
Mary was also predeceased by her son, Pfc. Bruce Robert Keyes, in 1979, a brother, Kasimir J. Fluri in 2003, and her oldest daughter, Mary Margaret Keyes-Hinkle in 2019. Mary is survived by her two remaining daughters, Maureen Keyes of Maryville, TN and Joann Lundquist (Olaf) of Polk City, FL; four grandchildren, Michelle Marlor (Drew) of Palm Bay, FL, Thomas (TJ) Roberts (Nicole) of Brooksville, FL, Rebecca Ross of Lakeland, FL, and Stephen Ross of Polk City, FL; Three great-grandchildren, Andrew Marlor, Brendon Roberts, and Carson Roberts.
Services will be private. Mary will be laid to rest at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Hardyston Township, Franklin, NJ with her husband Bob and son Bruce. In lieu of flowers, you are asked to make a memorial donation to St. Francis Hospice Care or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
