Obituary of Joyce R. Carroll

Joyce R. Carroll, 94, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021 in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida.

She was born on September 13, 1927 in Malakoff, Texas.  She was a life long resident of Port Neches, Texas and a member of the United Methodist Church of Port Neches. 

Joyce worked for several years during the 1960’s as manager of the Texas US Chemical Credit Union. Following that

she was a stay at home mom. She moved to Florida 7 years ago to be closer to her daughter and was a loving mother, grandmother “Mimi” and new great grandmother. 

A graveside service will be held at Oak Bluff Cemetery in Port Neches, Texas on Thursday December 2, 2021 at 1pm.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Carroll Miller and son-in-law, James Austin Miller, MD. She has 3 grandchildren; Heather, Jade and Austin Miller and two great grandchildren, Ford James Miller and Ryan Rose Campbell. She will be missed greatly by them all.
