My mom was caring for others. She always made sure there was enough food for anyone who showed up. She had a sassy way about her that could only a Mimi could get away with! Everyone who knew her knows what I mean. She truly became my best friend her opinion always mattered. So much so I'm lost without you mom. You always dedicated the song I hope you dance to me. My beautiful, sweet, strong MiMi. You instilled many morals in me and have truly made me the woman I am today. You always told me to chase my dreams no matter how big or small. You encouraged me to take a leap of faith in my career path even though it meant not being next you 24/7. You were always the first person I ran to when I needed a shoulder to cry on, tell a corny joke to, needed help with something, and needed to gossip with. Mimi really was the glue of the family . She taught me so many things the main one was to be my self and that it’s okay to make mistakes.
