Obituary of Victoria (Merrow) Radford
Victoria (Merrow) Radford, 63, passed away on August 26th at Rockledge Regional hospital. She was happily married for 45 years to the love of her life Everett Radford.
Born in Melbourne Florida on October 26th 1957 she was a daughter of Leon and Kathryn Merrow. She worked at Brevard County Park and Recreation and traffic operation for 22 years she retired at the age of 62.
She was a stay-at-home wife and mom for 14 years. She loved her family and enjoyed cooking. She spent many years as the head coach for the electric eels recreational swim team. She loved working with all the children and seeing them succeed in their swimming sessions. She then moved on to being payroll Personnel at Park and Recreation then for the last seven years before she retired she worked traffic operations as secretary.
She will be remembered for her big bright smile her love for the Tampa Bay Bucs her shining personality and making you feel like you were the only person in the world even if there were a thousand people in the room. She was a dedicated worker and great friend everyone she came into contact with her many nieces nephews family and friends hold fond memories of Vicki.
She is survived by her (husband) Everett Radford, (daughter) Dionna Gayle (Marlon Gayle), (Son) Dustin Radford (Shannon DeMello), (mother) Kathryn Merrow, (Sister) Tanya Greer (Jim Greer), (Brother) Lee Merrow (Mary Merrow), (Sister) Kathy Bond (C.W. Bond), and many nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
The celebration of life will be held at McCarty Park in Rockledge at 790 Barton Boulevard Rockledge Florida 32955 at 11 a.m. on September 18th and then inurnment to that we will be going to Cherie down Park in Cape Canaveral to do a paddle out for the spreading of her ashes.
