Mona Elizabeth Billings , 83 passed away Wednesday , July 14, 2021 under the care of William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay, Florida. Mona was welcomed into heaven surrounded by prayers and love from her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held out of state at a later date.
