Obituary of Mary C. Welsh

Mary Christine (Mascal) Welsh, entered eternal rest unexpectedly, after a brief illness on July 8, 2021 at age 76. Born in South Boston on September 8, 1944, Mary was the daughter of Robert L. Mascal and Florence M. (Fitch) Mascal.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, John F. Welsh, three sisters, Anne Mascal, Ruth Barbiere and her husband Daniel, Theresa Mascal and many nephews and nieces.

She was predeceased by her parents, sisters F. Louise Yarger, Dorothy E. Pickup and brother, Bobby Mascal. Mary lived in South Boston in the home she grew up in until moving to Florida in 2007.  Her passing will leave a void in so many lives.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am on Tuesday, July 20th at Our Lady of Grace Church, 300 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, FL 32907.  

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.
