Obituary of Vincent James Esposito

Vincent “Vinnie” James Esposito, 75, of Melbourne Florida, passed away on June 27, 2021 in Melbourne, Florida.

Vincent was born in Brooklyn, New York to Irene and James Esposito on July 11, 1945.  He attended Brooklyn Prep high school, served 2 years in the US Navy and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Barry University.  Vincent worked as a New York City firefighter, New York City Fire Marshal and City of Melbourne police officer.

Vincent is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marie of Melbourne, 4 daughters: Aimee (Matthew) Lippiatte, Christine LaTulippe, Karen Esposito and Victoria (Gordon) Wesley, his 6 grandchildren: Payton, Ryan, Ella, Harper, Blair and Ever, his sister Carol (Nicholas) Caruso and brother Ronald Esposito.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Holiday Inn Melbourne/Viera Conference Center at 8298 North Wickham Rd. Melbourne, FL 32940 on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at 11am.

Vincent was a loving husband to his wife and a devoted father to his daughters and grandchildren. He loved to share stories from his past and jokes. He will be greatly missed!
