Obituary of Arthur Wayne Garrett

Arthur Wayne Garrett, age 77, died peacefully on March 6, 2021, after a valiant battle with Covid.

Arthur is preceded in death by wife Joan, parents June and Ralph Garrett, and brothers Louis and David.

Archie was a painter by trade. He had his own business and lived in Florida for 40 plus years.  His childhood and early adult life were spent in Mt. Aetna and Hagerstown, Maryland. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, car racing and playing sling ball with friends.

Archie is survived by his loving children, Donnie Grant, April Ford, Kimberly Garrett, Tony McLean, stepdaughters Kelly Graham and Rachel Herpeche, 17 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews. Also survived by loving brother Terry Garrett and sister Judith Ford. Special mention of friends Linda Tenney, Pam and Tom Bayes and nephew Christopher.
