Obituary of Kimberly Karen Brewer
Kimberly Karen Brewer of Merritt Island, FL passed away on January 4, 2021. Kim was born on January 26, 1981 at Cape Canaveral Hospital in Cocoa Beach, FL, where her mother, Mary Gainey, worked as a Registered Nurse for many years. Kim graduated from Merritt Island High School in 1999.
Kim is predeceased by her father Gary Brewer.
She is survived by her devoted mother Mary; her faithful aunt Jean Morton; her two beloved and beautiful daughters Brianna and Cassidy; her five loving siblings Jeanie Vidaurreta (Gus), Debra Cannan, Sheila Donahoe (Brad), Jim Cannan (Trish) and Tommy Cannan (Star); and her 10 adoring nieces and nephews Kieran, Katy, Allie, Alexis, Meg, Chloe, Kaelin, Kamrin, Keigan and Killian.
Kim was dearly loved by many and will be deeply missed by her family, friends and co-workers. They all find comfort knowing that she is at peace, free of the weight of this world and in the palm of the Lord.
As an organ, eye and tissue donor, Kim gave the gift of life so others may live it. The family asks that donations be made in memory of Kim to the National Kidney Foundation of Florida.
Kim's family gathered to honor her at an intimate memorial service at Divine Mercy Catholic Church on January 8, 2021.
