Virginia L. Ingram posted a condolence

I remember Blayne helped my husband Jim and me on a case of a stalker after our daughter which was very scary. We were so grateful to him for his help. He went above and beyond to make sure our daughter stayed safe. Being a photographer, Jim took a great picture of Blayne on his horse in 1982 and had it framed for him. We also remember with sadness in our hearts when the elephant at the Palm Bay circus went wild. Blayne stepped up!! My deepest sympathy goes out to the family. We will always be grateful and remember him with love in our hearts. Fondly, Virginia L. Ingram

Your Dad was a good friend even though I didn’t know him long. He told me on a trip to Kentucky with Wayne and Kathy I took them on a motorcycle ride around my area. “ Shirley. I will not ride with a group and few people. But I will follow you anytime on a motorcycle “. That made me feel really special Also had a great time when him and Chris came and meet here for a visit and a father and son visit. I was so happy for them. . You will be missed my friend

on my behalf I just wanted to say, Blayne was a true warhorse that could be depended upon no matter what. He respected his position as well as the people he served. His time off was his time. He loved fishing and just being on the water, He could sure find the big ones on the waters of the river. He would jump on his motor at the drop of a hat and just go! You didn't have to have a destination just a ride. I miss those days and the stories he would tell. With a tear in my eyes, I say good-bye to my friend and I will see you on the other side. Just keep the Harley tuned up and ready. Good speed my brother.
