Obituary of Mary Morse
Mary Morse, 72, of Palm Bay, Florida, passed away December 7, 2020, unexpectedly surrounded by family. She was born to William Apel and Elizabeth Poirier on January 13, 1948 in Utica, New York. Mary graduated from Utica Free Academy in 1966. She married Brett Morse, in January 1997, in Utica, New York where they lived for nineteen years, before they relocated to Palm Bay, Florida in 2016.
Mary is survived by her husband, Brett Morse, her five kids and four grandchildren. Her children, Jennifer Fietsam and son-in-law Robert Fietsam, David Apel, Adam Reynolds, daughter-in-law Rebecca Stockton, Todd Reynolds and Cheryl Apel; sisters, Eileen Korzeniowski and Susan VonHoven; along with her grandchildren, Paige and Nick Ryba, Shay Reynolds, Lillian Stockton, Gavin Reynolds and numerous nieces and nephews who will very dearly miss her.
She was the rock and center of her family that she held very close to her heart. Mary was a proud wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She lit up every room she walked into with her quick wit, smile and energy. She never failed to make everyone around her laugh and feel welcome. She will always be remembered for her humor and kindness, and was nothing short of amazing to her family and friends. Mary will be dearly missed. She was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Utica, New York, at a further date.
