Obituary of Catalina Lara Zavaleta

Catalina Lara Zavaleta was born in Jilotepec, Mexico third in line of six children to Javier Lara and Sabina Reyes. She immigrated from Mexico to the United States in 1973. Through hard work and dedication, she succeeded in providing a better life for her children. She fought like a warrior against cancer. On November 21, 2020, God received a beautiful angel.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Isidro Zavaleta; five children, Silvia Zavaleta-Ihme (Ched), Jose Zavaleta (Cindy), Rosa Patterson (Steve), Catalina Matta, Isidro Zavalet a(Rebecca). Her legacy is her family. Her generosity and natural motherly love influenced many who had the honor of knowing her. She will be missed by all.
