Obituary of Bonnie Leigh Reams Trenor
Bonnie Leigh Reams, 80, October 16, 1940 – October 21, 2020, passed away peacefully at Consulate Health Care of Melbourne after a 32+ year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Bonnie was strong and very much a fighter against the effects from the disease.
Bonnie was born in Lynchburg Virginia and spent her childhood and early adulthood in Lynchburg. Bonnie was a loving Mother and Wife. Bonnie’s passion for life was evident anytime you would talk to her. She loved animals and Nature which was evident by her love and affection with her pets over the years. Bonnie volunteered with the Sea Turtle Preservation Society where she helped to save Sea Turtle eggs displaced from hurricanes as well as with helping to save baby Sea turtles that were hatching. Bonnie also volunteered with a Wildlife injury and sanctuary center to help sick and injured native Florida wildlife. Bonnie loved the beach, when she was able to, she would walk for hours on the beach and sit and watch the sunset. She continued this as long as her health would allow. When she lived on a canal in Satellite Beach, she would get so much enjoyment from sitting by the canal for hours watching the Manatees, Dolphins, Egrets, Cranes and other shore birds. Over the years Bonnie was a member of the U.S.A.F. Officers Wives club, Beta Sigma Phi, and Red Hat Society where she made many friends and many more wonderful memories.
