Obituary of Shirley Ellen Sinnes

Shirley Ellen Sinnes, 74 passed away peacefully at Vitas Hospice Care Center in Rockledge, Florida on July 30, 2020.

 

Born on May 19, 1947 to Helen and Earl Eblin. Shirley was born and raised in Ohio where she met her future husband Dr. Jack Sinnes. They relocated to Florida in the early 70s where they settled down and started a family of their own.

 

A natural born caretaker, Shirley found her niche working with Alzheimer and dementia patients at Autumn House in Viera, Florida.  She also cared for her significant other of 25 years, Oscar Beaver.

 

She was an avid member of Holy Apostles Church in Satellite Beach, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Shirley left behind a legacy of compassion; she will always be remembered for her kind heart and selflessness.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; Earl and Helen Eblin, sister Linda, uncle Bud, husband Jack Sinnes, and significant other Oscar Beaver. 

     

She is survived by her son; Anthony Sinnes (Meghan),daughter; Cindy Wells (Jason), sister; Nancy Herb, brother; Earl Eblin (Norma), grandchildren; Kendra Tharp-Sinnes, Jaymes Tharp-Sinnes, Mitchell Tharp-Sinnes, Kai Sinnes, great grandchild; Brycen Tharp, and several nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral services were private.
