Obituary of Arnold Morris

Rockledge, FL - Arnold “Don” Morris 86, passed away on September 10, 2020.  He was the husband of Patricia Morris. They shared 64 years of marriage together.

Born in Crosby, WV, he was the son of Arnold and Lalia Morris.

He was a Navy veteran, attended Northeastern College, Boston, MA. Retired after 30 years working for the Department of Air Force-OPM. Volunteered for Brevard County Sheriff’s Department and worked as a Florida Auxiliary State Trooper.

He enjoyed helping family, friends and neighbors.  He loved working on cars and woodworking.  He will be remembered for his love of family, traveling creativity, inventions and his jokes. He never met a stranger, he enjoyed going to the mall and talking to everyone.

He is survived by Patricia, his wife, children, Steven, Johnny (Judy), Donna Adduci, Denise Morris, grandchildren Ian (Teylor) and Cameron (Ashley), great grandchildren Nash, Alexa and Liam Lightholder and, sister, Eleanor Holcomb of Lizemores, WV.

The memorial service will be held at a later date at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, FL.
